Digital Products Policy

Planet 93 Designs specializes in digital design products that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds on purchases.

This policy is standard across the digital products industry as digital items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. We may consider refund requests in the following rare cases:

• Non-delivery of product: If you do not receive your download link or access to the purchased design.
• Technical issues: If the file is corrupted or otherwise technically flawed in a way that prevents its proper use and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• Incorrect product: If you received a different design than what was advertised and purchased.

Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and the final decision remains at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund Exception

If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptional circumstances above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase through our contact form.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your order number or transaction ID
• The date of purchase
• A clear explanation of the issue you've encountered
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation that may help us understand the problem

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days.
