Planet 93 Designs specializes in digital design products that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds on purchases.

Please Note: Once a digital design has been delivered, the transaction is considered final.

This policy is standard across the digital products industry as digital items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
